Your appointment fee will depend on the type of appointment. If you have a Medicare Card, Medicare will refund to you a proportion of your appointment fee (Medicare Rebate) and you will only be out of pocket the remaining amount.

Please note: There may be additional costs for services other than regular consultations or for clinic services such as wound care products, consumable items, and specific administrative requests (e.g. transfer of medical records). For a full list of fees, please speak with our reception team.

Dr Afshin Tayeba

Only Bulk Bills children 0-5 years of age and Concession Pension Card Holders.

He does not Bulk Bill the following Concessions:-
 

• Commonwealth Seniors Health Card
• Health Care Card
• 60 years and above (Unless they have a Concession Pension Card)

Dr Edmund Lee

Fees for a skin check with Dr Edmund Lee is as follows as at July 2025:

Non-concession: $158 with a $84.90 Medicare rebate.

Health Care Care or Pension card Holders: $120 with $79.70 Medicare rebate – this will be $40.30 out of pocket.
 

Dr Manolo Fernandez, John Dunlea and Dr Afshin Tayeba

Children aged 0-5 years: Bulk Billed to Medicare Card holders.

Children aged 6–16 years: Concession rate for Medicare Card holders.

All patients aged 16 years or over will be privately charged unless they have a concession card from Centrelink.

** There will be additional fees for other services such as ECGs, mental health care plans, reviews and treatment room costs. These will be discussed with you at the time of consultation.

** Please note that costs on Mental Health times of Telephone consultations and Video Consultations can’t be guaranteed to be exactly at the scheduled times, as sometimes the GP’s do run late on any given day.
