Dr Bartels has experience in family medicine, medicial acupuncture and has a special interest in skin checks. Dr Bartels enjoys working in general practice, and has a wide range of qualifiactions to provide care in family medicine.

- Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP)
- Fellow of the Australian Medical Acupuncture College (FAMAC)
- Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG)
