Iron Infusion Procedure

GPs at Doctors at Newmarket do offer Iron Infusions for patients that are deemed to medically require an Iron Infusion and under the clear direction of their GP’s recommendation. Iron Infusions can be booked subsequent to an initial consultation to discuss the requirements and run necessary pathology prior to your infusion.

Initial Consult: Please book a standard 15min appointment consultation with your GP to discuss requirements and necessary pathology requirements.

Iron Infusion Procedures: The Iron Infusion Procedures can only be booked in with the Nurse, GP or Reception in person or over the phone, this appointment type is not available online. Please allow 1hour for the Iron Infusion Procedure. The infusion procedure is booked in with the Nurse and can only be done on days that your GP is also available.
